iPhone'unda: Ayarlar → [Adın] → Abonelikler → SmartCharge Premium → İptal Et. Aboneliğin mevcut dönem sonuna kadar aktif kalır.

7 gün ücretsiz denemeyi kullandıktan sonra ücret alınıyor mu?

Deneme dönemi bitmeden önce iptal etmezsen, seçtiğin plan otomatik yenilenir. Deneme dönemi bitmeden 24 saat önce iptal edebilirsin.

Aracım listede yok, ne yapabilirim?

E-posta ile aracın markası, modeli ve yılını gönder. Veri tabanımıza eklemeye çalışacağız.

Şarj istasyonu bilgisi yanlış görünüyor?

FAQ

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

On your iPhone: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → SmartCharge Premium → Cancel. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current period.

Will I be charged after the 7-day free trial?

Yes — if you don't cancel before the trial ends, the selected plan renews automatically. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid charges.

My vehicle isn't listed — what can I do?

Email us with make, model, and year. We'll work on adding it.

Charging station info looks wrong

Most station data comes from OpenChargeMap and operator APIs. Send corrections by email.

How do I delete my account?

Use Settings → Delete Account in the app or email us.

Is my data safe?

We do not store payment information (Apple handles it). See our Privacy Policy for more.
